FAQ

When will my order be shipped?

  • All listings refer to 1-3 days but generally, we ship within 1 business day.  Orders received Friday after noon, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

How long does shipping take?

  • Items are shipped from Ontario and generally take 2 to 7 business days to arrive within Canada and 3-7 days within the USA.  Please note these are estimates based on our experience.  We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date and delivery times may take longer if it is a remote location.
  • For the UK, it takes approximately 8 to 15 business days. For other international shipments, it takes approximately 8 to 21 business days. There may delays due to customs which are beyond our control. 
  • If you want quicker shipping options, please contact us and we can give you a quote based on your location.  However, it will likely be twice as much or more than standard shipping.

Is tracking available for shipping?

  • Yes, all shipping is tracked and an email will be sent to you with the tracking information.

What shipping material do you use?

  • We ship all items in a plain recyclable cardboard box with no logos.  We select a box size that closely matches the item and add tissue paper to minimize any movement during the shipping process. 

If I order more than one item, will I save on shipping?

  • Yes, after the first item, the incremental cost is about $2 - $3 dollars more.  When you add multiple items, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically.

How much are customs fees for international orders?

  • It depends on your country and the value of the item.  Buyers are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees. 

What if my package shows as delivered but I didn't receive it?

  • Please check with your neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong house (most common reason), look around your yard/front door area or check with others in your household in case they brought it in and forgot to tell you ;-)   
  • If you've tried these steps, please contact us.  We can try following up with our shipper.  

What if my package is undeliverable?

  • If an item is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. incorrect address, refused on delivery, etc.), we will refund the price of the item to you within 7 days of receiving it back (excluding the shipping cost).

Is your home smoke- and pet-free?

  • Our home is smoke-free but we do have 2 loveable Mini Australian Shepherds.  While they are excited to see new beanies/stuffies arrive in the house, they have more than enough toys to play with and all Beanies/stuffies are kept in storage bins out of sight.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • We do not accept returns.  However, if there is an issue with the item received, please contact us so we can do our best to help you.  
  • We try to be as transparent as possible by taking several photos of the actual item and note any important imperfections in the listing.  Please review all photos and read the complete description before purchasing.

Does my Beanie Baby come with a tag protector?

  • Yes, if the item ordered is a Ty product with a standard sized hang tag, we include a free tag protector.  If you do not want one, just add a note to the order and we will exclude it.  This reduces plastic waste.

Are your products brand new?

  • No, most items are retired/vintage plushies that were previously loved and looking for a new home. 
  • All items are inspected to ensure they are in great condition.  If items have imperfections (e.g. creased hang tag, eye smudges, writing on tags, etc.), the listing will include a description of the imperfection and detailed photos.
